By using Annapetti, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Annapetti is run by Infipot Service Private Ltd. We cook, pack and deliver every meal ourselves, and you pay us directly. Annapetti is our own kitchen and app, not a marketplace for other sellers.

Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone safe.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission.
• If you let family or friends use your account, you're responsible for what they do on it.

Plans and orders

• You pay upfront for a number of meals. A meal is used only when we deliver it.
• Skip, pause or change a day before the order cutoff shown in the app. After the cutoff, the meal is cooked and counted.
• Cancel a plan any time. Meals not yet delivered become wallet credit.
• Party orders are confirmed when you accept our quote and pay the advance.
• Dishes may change with the season. We'll replace them with something of similar value.

Paying and wallet

• Pay online, by UPI or in cash. Prices shown before you pay include any delivery charge.
• Wallet credit is used on your next order. To get it back as money, see Cancellations & refunds.
• Meal credit you gift to someone can't be taken back.

Delivery

• We deliver to your address in the time shown in the app. If nobody is there to receive the meal or the address is wrong, the meal counts as delivered.
• Please return reusable boxes when we collect them. We may charge for lost or damaged boxes.

Food and allergies

Each dish is marked veg, egg or non-veg. Our kitchen uses nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens, so please tell us about any allergy before you order. If something is wrong with a meal, tell us the same day.

Ask Annam

Ask Annam is an AI helper in the app. It can answer questions but can't change your orders, and it can sometimes be wrong. Your plan and statement in the app are what count.

The rest

• Don't misuse the app, or order in someone else's name without their permission.
• If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for the meals concerned. Your rights under consumer law still apply.
• We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes.
• Indian law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
